To apply to the school, click the Application form above. When it opens, you can either print it & fill it out with a pen, or type your responses & print it. Last, mail it to the address provided on the form.
The Medical form is needed only for students under 18 who are unaccompanied by parents.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Your typed responses cannot be saved. You must type all your responses and immediately print the form. Be careful so you don't lose what you type.
